Terms of Service

The platform provides AI video creation related services, including but not limited to account system, work and scene management, asset upload, AI text/image/video generation, collaborative submissions, work publishing and display, credits and subscription payments.

We may adjust, upgrade or discontinue service content based on business needs.

You should provide truthful, accurate and complete registration information and be responsible for your account activities.

The current version may use an invitation code registration mechanism. You may not obtain accounts through identity impersonation, bulk registration, maliciously bypassing restrictions or other means.

If an account shows abnormal risk, violations or is determined by the platform to require risk control measures, the platform reserves the right to restrict or suspend account features.

You retain all ownership rights in Input you provide to the Platform, including but not limited to scripts, prompts, style guides, and scene descriptions.

As between you and Montagea, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own all rights and interests in content generated through the Platform's AI engines ("Output"). Montagea hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest, if any, in and to Output.

You understand and acknowledge that: (a) AI-generated content may not be protectable under applicable copyright law, and copyrightability depends on the degree of human creative contribution; (b) Montagea makes no warranty regarding the originality, uniqueness, or copyrightability of any AI-generated content; (c) Output from AI engines may be similar or identical to output generated for other users; (d) your use of AI-generated content is at your own risk and subject to applicable laws; (e) if AI-generated content contains elements substantially similar to third-party copyrighted works, infringement liability rests with the user.

By posting content on the Platform, you grant Montagea a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use such content (including to reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, publicly display, and perform it) for the purposes of: (a) operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform; (b) promoting and marketing the Service, including showcasing user works; (c) enabling other users to access and use such content through the Platform's functionality; (d) distributing Published Works to third-party platforms and outlets (see Section 7).

When you set a Work's status to "Published," you are deemed to have authorized Montagea to exercise the distribution rights described above.

When you remove content from the Platform, the above license will terminate within a commercially reasonable time, except for: (a) accepted collaborative contributions (subject to Section 5); (b) content already distributed to third-party outlets (requiring reasonable time to remove); (c) technical backups and content required by law to retain.

Copyright in a Work is jointly held by all rights holders. The Work Owner holds arrangement rights over the Work as a whole, including decisions on scene ordering, editing rhythm, and overall narrative structure. Each Contributor whose submission has been accepted holds joint copyright in their contributed scene content.

When a Contributor's submission is accepted by the Owner, the Contributor automatically grants the Owner and Montagea a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to: (a) use, edit, modify, and incorporate the contributed content within the Work; (b) publish, distribute, and commercialize the Work containing such contribution in any form; (c) sublicense the contribution as part of the Work.

Once a contribution is accepted by the Owner, the license granted is irrevocable. Contributors have no right to unilaterally block publication or distribution of the Work. Even if a Contributor deletes their account or leaves the Platform, the Owner and Montagea retain the right to continue using accepted contributions.

Contributors retain independent rights to their generated content, including using the same or similar generated content for other projects or Works, and showcasing such content in their own portfolio.

All users (free and paid) may use content they create or generate on the Platform for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: (a) distribution on third-party platforms such as YouTube and TikTok and earning advertising revenue or royalties; (b) use in commercial projects, marketing materials, or client work.

The Platform uses third-party AI engines to generate content. Your commercial use rights may be subject to the terms of service of these third-party engines. Montagea is not liable for consequences arising from your violation of third-party terms.

Montagea has the right to distribute Published Works to third-party platforms and outlets ("Outlets"), including but not limited to video platforms, streaming services, and content aggregation platforms, to generate revenue.

Revenue earned by Montagea from third-party Outlets shall be distributed as follows: (a) Montagea retains a reasonable platform service fee (the specific percentage will be published separately in the Revenue Sharing Policy); (b) after deducting the platform service fee, the remaining revenue ("Creator Revenue") shall be distributed among rights holders.

Owner Share: 20% of Creator Revenue goes to the Work Owner. Contributor Share: 80% of Creator Revenue is distributed proportionally among Contributors. Contribution Ratio = number of Accepted Scenes by that Contributor divided by total number of Scenes in the Work.

If the Owner is also the Contributor of certain Scenes (i.e., content generated and used by the Owner themselves), the Owner receives both the Owner Share and the corresponding Contributor Share.

The specific settlement cycle, minimum payment threshold, and payment methods for revenue distribution will be specified separately in Montagea's Revenue Sharing Policy.

Montagea respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a notice through our DMCA process.

Montagea will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or not meet expectations. You should review and bear responsibility for the final use and results.

You may not use the platform to generate, upload or distribute illegal or non-compliant content, including but not limited to infringement, violence, hate, harassment, pornography, fraud, malicious programs or other content that violates applicable laws, regulations and public order.

Some platform features require payment. Subscriptions and payments are processed through third-party payment services. If a subscription is not cancelled, it may auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.

You can apply to cancel renewal at the end of the period in account settings. Issued credits can only be consumed within the platform, cannot be cashed out or transferred. Except as required by law or explicitly stated by the platform, consumed credits are non-refundable.

You may not engage in the following activities: cracking or interfering with platform security mechanisms, malicious API calls, abusive automated scraping, bypassing billing rules.

You may not use the platform for illegal activities, or publish or distribute any content that infringes on the legitimate rights of third parties.

If you violate these terms or related laws and regulations, the platform reserves the right to take measures such as warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination depending on the severity, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.

Some platform capabilities depend on third-party services (such as login, payments, model inference, email services, object storage). The availability, result quality and policy changes of third-party services may affect platform features. We do not assume unlimited liability for interruptions or result deviations caused by third-party reasons.

The platform provides services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform shall not be liable for indirect losses, special losses, goodwill losses or data losses. Legal risks arising from your use of this service shall be borne by you.

We may update these terms and publish the updated version on this page. Updated terms take effect from the time of publication or the date specified in the publication.

If you continue to use the service after the terms are updated, it is deemed that you accept all updated terms.
