This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you use Montagea (hereinafter "the Platform") operated by Montagea. This policy is written based on the current version's features, covering account system, AI generation, collaborative submissions, payment subscriptions, credit system and other modules.

1. Information We Collect

Account & Identity Information: email, username, encrypted password (if using password login), third-party login identifiers (e.g. Google account identifier), avatar, display name, bio.

Security & Verification Information: email verification code records (including expiration time and usage status), information required for login and token validation.

Creation & Collaboration Information: works, scenes, prompts, scripts, style descriptions, image/audio/video assets, AI generation results, submission and review records, notification records, follow relationships, invitation relationships, etc. that you create or upload on the platform.

Transaction Information: orders, subscription status, product information, credit transaction records, transaction identifiers returned by payment channels (e.g. Stripe customer/subscription ID). We do not store complete bank card numbers or payment passwords on the platform.

Operation Logs: to ensure service stability and troubleshooting, we may record necessary request logs, error logs and call statistics.

2. How We Use Information

To provide core features, including account registration and login, work management, asset upload, AI text/image/video generation and editing collaboration.

For credit deduction, order processing, subscription management, refunds/reconciliation and risk control.

For platform security protection, anomaly detection, anti-abuse, feature optimization and service quality improvement.

After you publish a work as public, to display public content on the explore page, profile page and other scenarios.

3. Third-Party Services & Information Sharing

To implement relevant features, your necessary data may be sent to third-party service providers for processing, including but not limited to: Google (login), Stripe (payments), Resend (email verification), cloud storage services, and AI model providers (e.g. OpenRouter, OpenAI, Volcano Engine, Kling, Wan, etc., subject to the platform's current integrations).

When the operator enables ops alerts, API debug information may be sent to internal ops systems via Lark Webhook, which may include truncated prompts, model names, error messages and other minimum necessary fields.

We only share information within the scope necessary to implement features, fulfill legal obligations or protect legitimate rights.

4. Public Display & Collaboration Visibility

When a work is in draft status, it is by default accessible only to you and authorized processes. After publication, the work's title, description, cover, tags, author name, statistics and published collaboration results may be viewed by other users.

Your submission records, acceptance status and related notifications in collaborative submissions will be displayed within the collaboration workflow according to permissions.

5. Data Retention Period

We will retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by laws and regulations.

After you delete works, assets or generation records, the related data will be removed from online business processes, but may still exist in backups within a reasonable period, solely for security recovery and compliance auditing.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data security, including access control, authentication mechanisms, signature verification and security configuration management.

Nevertheless, no internet transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account and token information safe.

7. Your Rights

You can view and modify some personal information in account settings (such as username, avatar, display name, bio).

You can delete works, assets and some generation records you created. The current version does not provide self-service account deletion. If you need to delete your account, please submit a request through the platform's published contact channels (email: hello@montagea.com).

8. Protection of Minors

If you are a minor, please read and use this service under the guidance of a guardian.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy based on business changes or legal requirements. After updates, the latest version and update date will be published on this page.

If you continue to use the service after the update takes effect, it is deemed that you have read and agreed to the updated policy.
